Columns  Length Short     Explanation

001-009       9 RA        Right ascension (epoch and equinox J2000.0) as degrees with decimal point.
010-018       9 RA error  Declination (epoch equinox J2000.0) as degrees with decimal point.
019-023       5 pm RA     Proper motion in right ascension as mas without decimal point.
024-028       5 pm DEC    Proper motion in declination as mas without decimal point.
029-033       5 G Mag     Magnitude in G band with decimal point.
034-038       5 B Mag     Magnitude in B band with decimal point.
039-043       5 R Mag     Magnitude in R band with decimal point.
